| YMIA Chennai will have power to give affiliation. If anybody willing to start branches at any other place for fulfilling the objects of the association. |
| To give affiliation YMIA Governing Body will have separate Board in the name of YMIA International Board. This board will be registered as subsidiary of the parent organization and the board constitute the rules and regulations covering the objects of the YMIA. |
| The YMIA parent organization will nominate 5 members to this board as parent organisation’s representatives. |
| Every branch will send 1 representative to this board. |
| This board will be entitled to manage affairs of the branches as a separate entity. |
| The YMIA International Board will take guidance from the parent organization from time to time for its implementation of the objects enshrined in the parent organization. |
